Cons
Favoritism, unqualified people becoming managers above hard working employees. If your in school beware that finishing and not taking a promotion will affect your future employment opportunities. Unless you are the one and only person a year that gets selected to become an executive in training program. Then from there your Store manager can speed up or slow down your process. Good Luck!
