Some rules are silly and old fashioned.

Management is terrible. When they give you a bad employee and that person does not perform, it falls on you and no matter what you say, it's still your fault they aren't doing better. There are secret shoppers doing reports on you, and if you get a bad one you are screwed. Floor managers and store managers have favorites in the company. I know of someone who had 22 tardies in the first 90 days and it didn't matter because the store manager liked them. Upper management is very unprofessional, talks about people behind their backs. The morale of most stores is so low because management does nothing and just doesnt care about people.
