They do not trust you, make unreasonable demands and will only promote if you get charges. People lie to get them

TESS! The management is not flexible with their employees lives that is why the turn over rate is so high. The associates should not be punished for the fact that they can't keep people working at the store. I know a girl who was in college working juniors part time and they were having her coming in 30 hours during finals week! It was ridiculous. Another girl had to quit and then come back because they wouldn't give her time off for her wedding! Strict tardy policies, if you are even a minute late it counts as a tardy. How they can let you watch two departments for four hours at a time but they give you grief about letting an associate from the neighboring department take a 15 min break while you watch their department.
