Pros
The company takes care of itself and it's employees about equally! A lot of people consider the dress code archaic, but I'd much prefer the stockings and a pencil skirt with a little button up or fancy strappy shirt and cardigan to khaki pants and a black, dowdy polo. Sometimes I felt unattractive, but that was the extent of it. Breaks are very liberal, and you can always duck back to get a drink, make a call, use the restroom, etc. I appreciate that SO much in a company. Commission with base pay ended up being very favorable to a part time employee, and probably even more handsome to a full time employee.
Cons
It can get warm standing around, under the warm lights on the sales floor, but it's a large store and there's always someplace a little cooler! Some people may find the amount of time and effort put into following up and staying in contact with a customer obnoxious, but I loved it! Being involved helps you love your job.
