Pros

They are fair, they value their employees, and they are closed on holidays! The employees are very friendly. You don't have to deal with attitudes and young college aged employees gossiping on the floor all day.

Cons

They are very strict; policies and procedures can become overwhelming. They pay their employees lower than the competition pays theirs. You only earn 1% of your sales with a base salary that is very low.
