Pros

Excellent company to work for! It is a family owned company, and you can tell because they genuinely care about their employees. In the commission-based areas, the pay scale is great, and you don't have to work any crazy hours, which is unheard of in retail. They are closed on most major holidays, and you never have to work at 3 am on Black Friday.

Cons

None that I can think of right now. I wish there was one in my area now. I would go work there again in a heart beat!
