management was horrible no communication whats so ever. Getting written up for bogus reasons such as if i miss one more day it can turn to possible termination ( i had health problems) ridiculous. management is way to young and little expierence, i would notrecomend working for this company ever!

Terrible hours, terrible scheduling. Our store is so understaffed we have an employee referral contest where its double the money. But if I have working there so much I'm not going to advise anyone else to waste their time. I get no time to spend with my family. To much favoritism shown between employees and management. Management is too young to really know what's going on. They have us enforce store policy but when a customer request to speak to a manger about something, then all of a sudden the policy doesn't exist. A particular store manager walks the floor and speaks to people in certain departments and not in others. SERIOUSLY, I shouldn't have to FORCE a member of management to speak to me!! They call themselves professional. Some employees get written up for tardies, other don't.If I would've known that they don't too much care for employees with children, I would have definitely passed up this "opportunity" Needless to say I'm on the job hunt again.
