      great environment, positivie management, upward growth

      Cons

      it is hard to get time off, only one weekend off a month, if even, time off is definately an issue.

      Pros

      Growth from within the company based on performance. Great benefits and competitive pay. Closed on major holidays and close early on certain days (Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve). Supportive management - both in the stores and from the corporate office. Excellent coworkers. Professional dress code that makes customers feel comfortable working with any associate. The company listens to suggestions from associates within the company and makes changes where possible.

      Cons

      I have had a wonderful experience and can't say I have experienced anything I have seen as a major problem.

      Pros

      The pay for retail is ok, with the 1% commission on top of that it seems to make it a little better

      Cons

      No support, when you are being put down by senior management and you tell them that, they just say they they are giving you feedback to help you grow with the company. There are many people who work there and have been written up, complained about, and should be terminated but management lets it fly by and fires people who miss their sales goal once. They have their favorite employees and everyone knows it. They give you wrong answers to questions they don't know, deny everything that comes out of their mouth that can used against them, and say that positivity is key. When you are working and getting torn apart by management who should have your back, it's hard to be positive.
