Good pay, great benefits available, meet some great people.

Cons

TESS, the electronic scheduling. It does not allow for family time due to the eratic shift times. People with children suffer the most. Long stretches of work days (up to 11 days in a row) are detrimental to peoples health. Punishment for customer complaints is ridiculous! Good associates get in trouble because customer was having a bad day. Experienced associates belittled by inexperienced senior management.

Upper Management do not have proper education/background and/or training Confuse being bubbly and friendly with professional Turn over rate very high and new deparment mangagers not properly trained resulting in poor customer service. Scheduling is done by a computer system that has too many clitches to be any sort of productive.

Made great money, was always a top seller.

Cons

Could not trust anyone, afraid to talk or be friends with anyone. Management was always watching overhead (cameras) in every department. Had to call management to let them know you need to use the restroom.
