      Not great, not terrible

      Pros

      Ok store management. I was generally treated fairly and didn’t have any major issues.

      Cons

      Management does not care if short scheduling meant there’s too few cashiers to handle crowds. You’re either expected to deal with it and impatient customers yourself or they call over and train minors to do work they weren’t hired for. Also workplace politics and playing favorites but that’s everywhere.

      Pros

      Time off almost always approved. Okay management in most departments.

      Cons

      Corporate likes to step in when not needed, and higher management within store lack a backbone. Rather than culling the poor workers and hiring people that have a good history in the same position, they prefer to keep them on even when it gets toxic. Corporate has store cut hours for other departments to make labor in departments that constantly go into overtime.

      Best coworkers and bosses any one can ask for!

      Cons

      Injured on the job with high upper management not sympathetic. Pay is not the best for new techs. Less than $20.
