the pay really does suck!!! and only if you related to management then you have nothing to worry about because you can get away with everything and i do mean everything. but if your not related then you get in trouble for just about anything.

If you're looking for a job on Monster.com read about labor law violations committed by Vons and Safeway. VONS and SAFEWAY are involved in multiple class action labor law violation law suits that will eventually damage the company's reputation. Most employees will lose money if they participate in the company stock purchase plan. There are hundreds of "policies and procedures" designed to suspend or terminate union/non-union employess found in violation of those procedures.
