This job has turned out to be much better for me than I initially thought. I'm one of the few people from my high school group of friends that doesn't live with their parents and I have better benefits than several of them as well

Cons

District managers and above... They have no idea what it's like to actually WORK in a store. Much of what they expect is ridiculous

Flexible schedule; I could schedule early morning shifts to accomodate my school schedule. Good training to start.

Cons

Some of the people what also worked for the company were negative and unmotivated.

Pros

Courtesy Clerk is the best position. Easy work for minimum wage. Do it, thats the best position for part time

Cons

Management does not give respect. IF you go to an outside department you will want to shoot yourself. This is not an exaggeration. If you move to an outside department (i.e. Bakery, ProduceMeat or Service Deli) you will do 3x the work for the same minimum wage.
