Pros

Management was nice enough & understanding, did their best to work around everyone's schedule as best as they could despite understaffed conditions. Overall atmosphere was decent, not much conflict to worry about.

Cons

No consistent schedule, hours may fluctuate wildly. This can become quite a burden if you're also balancing an education like I was at the time. I was getting alright hours at first, around 20-30 per week, sometimes a little less, but as finals were coming up I was getting nearly full-time hours each week, which conflicted too much with my studies & is the primary reason I left.
