Always room for advancement, Unity in the department,union 770 medical,dental,vision,401 k plus retirement sick pay etc...
Cons
When i first started there they kind of just threw me in the deli department with bakery dept. Knowledge and without actual training by the grace of a living God I was able to pick up without the proper training do to the fact that it was also a fast pace envirorment everyone was always too busy but for the most part the unity in the department had made it well worth it
