      Be very careful of the "eye in the sky". They can say anything they want about you and you just have to take it.

      My co workers were some of the best people I have ever worked with. I will miss each and every one of them.

      Cons

      WARNING!! The eye in the sky can call you in and accuse you of anything they want. They will lie & say anything to get you to confess to wrongdoing and to sign a statement. All this without union rep being present. Then suspend you without pay for a month only to fire you by mail. I never stole anything in my life and yet I am now unemployed. I was a good, honest & loyal employee who happened to walk out of work one night with my coat & a sweatshirt stuffed into a reusable grocery bag. And for that reason only LP said I must have stolen something.

      It's a job in SoCal that pays decent IF you aren't a courtesy clerk.

      Cons

      Yikes. Well 15 years in and I still dislike them. More often than not it's ok I guess. If you have an ounce of real knowledge and ability, move on. If it's not the union that's shady, it's the very fiber of the upper management that destroys. I'm thick skinned but to watch other people get targeted is ugly business. Albertsons, which is obviously the parent company is a much better organization. I could go on, but why?

      Literally nothing. This company is god awful.

      Cons

      Management is looking to get one over on you at every corner. You cannot ask for time off. No flexibility with the schedule.
