      Pros

      I don't think there are a lot cof pros, if you need a job as soon as possible, it is a good option, but i do not recomend it as a long-term career

      Cons

      there are a lot of cons, you are being watched the whole time, you have to do mulple things at once, you get to take care of angry customers, you don't get recognition for your job, they don't give you 40 hours, etc.

      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule, if your a good employee your bosses will treat you well and can progress to a manager rather quickly. Job variety at least keeps the job more interesting than sitting on a register all day or stocking shelves.

      Cons

      The union take about 15 dollars a week and negates any type of raise from getting a deli clerk job. Dirty job leaves you smelling like fryer food and chicken. Constant multi tasking.
