Minimum of 24 scheduled hours/ week. Union benefits.

Cons

Force you to work through your unpaid lunches. Will cut staff in half and still expect you to get the job done twice as fast as you would finish with a full crew. Will schedule you 3-4 hours and expect you to do an 8 hours-worth job in that time. No extra pay for holidays until 2 years of employment, and expect to be scheduled on all holidays. Management will make you do their job, while they sit around.

Straightforward work, easy to learn, develop people skills by greeting everybody.

Cons

I had to join the union for part-time work, having to give a significant portion of my pay to the union. I made 8 per hour, really more like 7 factoring in union fees.
