Has good benefits. The discounts are pretty good.

Cons

Can't get enough hrs. Takes to long to make top pay. 20.10. It use to be only 500 hrs. to get a raise.now you need 1000 hrs. If you are pt. It takes forever.

Coworkers and the atmosphere, vons has a bit of class for a grocery store.

Cons

Can't make a living on your own, if you try you'll be struggling. I've worked 2 different stores for 3 years and at both I never met one person that loved their job. You start out at minimum wage and make 10 cents every thousand hours. This job is good for school students or someone who has enough roommates to help you get by.
