People in corporate office who don't do their job. Never having enough help.No raises. A union with a rep who never calls you back.

Pros

One of the greatest perks of working at Vons is the level of experience required. It's a simple job with simple tasks that nearly anyone can accomplish. Management is very flexible with hours so this is a job that any student can work.

Cons

The hours can be a bit unsatisfying. Promotions and hours are assigned based on seniority and not ability. There isn't much fulfillment in the retail positions as nearly all jobs are somewhat identical at the store level. People also tend to try and pass their work onto you.
