If you can't find the product you are looking for, staff offers an alternative, to me that is a plus.

Registers tend to be short staff on rush hours. Need to improve that.

flexible scheduling for well-liked employees, some fun customers occasionally

Cons

If I didn't live 5 min away, I'd definitely go get some better job. Some good supervisors, but for the most part management and older cashiers talk down to younger employees and are just generally rude. Get paid very little and then have to hand a chunk of your money over to a union that does nothing productive. Customers can be very rude, as with any retail job.
