Great customers & employees. Management easy to talk to. This is the first job in my life that I actually look forward to coming into work!

There is not one thing positive about working at Vons.

Cons

Minimum wage job with no opportunities for advancement or pay raise. This is a union job and there is no choice but to pay the union dues, modern legal gangsters. Overworked to the point of injury and now on workman's comp and unable to work. I could go on and on about the negatives regarding this company but there is not enough space on this site.
