Pros

Wages are so-so as we haven't had a raise in 2.5 years now. Benefits are average but better then most (medical and dental).

Cons

Too much work with not enough help. They expect work to be done even though they use you for other work besides the work you're responsible for.

You get solid hours Some cool co-workers I have a nice manager

Cons

Store manager is all over the place The supervisors are just old bitter people because they never were promoted 11-8 pre closing shift for the past 3 months a whole 20 cent raise when promoted! Not enough pay No benefits for a year Union dues are high You have to worship the customer, not matter the task.
