Not a bad place to work at while going to school

Pros
They have a guaranteed minimum hours because of the union rules, you get to set your schedule and can work in the graveyard shift if your store is 24 hours (boring and slow but don't have to deal with a lot of stuff), easy to get promoted if you've been on the job long enough, and weekly paychecks.
Cons
The pay is a little low and when you add on taxes and union dues it gets even more smaller, there's a lot of crazy people out there and they need to shop for food so most likely you'll get to interact with them which isn't pleasant, working outside grabbing carts when its +90 degrees or raining isn't fun.
