      Pros

      They'll basically hire anyone, easy job to obtain. The location I work for starts everyone as a courtesy clerk (the bottom of the chain) which is really stupid but it's easy to move departments and get hired.

      Cons

      Management is more like mismanagement. The union is totally unfair especially if you don't plan on working for the full 6 months in order to actually obtain benefits. 15 bucks out of every paycheck really doesn't help when you're trying to make money. Also, there aren't enough hours to go around, management bases hours off of sales from the previous year so it's completely irrelevent and a lot of the time they are understaffed.

      Pros

      - Competent hard working people stand out and get recognized quickly for advancement - Plenty of room for growth if you are willing to work all over the store - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Putting up with angry customers because of inventory issues - High employee turnover (although this is mainly caused by lazy or lackluster employees) - Hours can vary widely from one week to the next

      Pros

      You get a 25 dollar gift card every time you spend 500 dollars. Plus, there is an employee meal deal for lunches.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked, under trained. Unorganized, disrespectful and draining. Need I go on? There is no support from managment, and very little trust.
