its a really good place to work. I have been there for ten plus years. The best part are the triple pay holidays.

Cons

The downside to working at vons is that alot of the time you have to work on the weekends ans on sunday.

Pros

You get a 25 dollar gift card every time you spend 500 dollars. Plus, there is an employee meal deal for lunches.

Cons

Understaffed, overworked, under trained. Unorganized, disrespectful and draining. Need I go on? There is no support from managment, and very little trust.

Pros

Flexible schedule. If you need time off or you have limited availability, they are great with working around your needs.

Cons

Management seems distant in their relationship to employees. I was paid min. wage for doing insane amounts of work, I eventually quit because it was becoming ridiculous.
