Pros

A lot of really nice people work here. There is a good environment and culture. There are many opportunities to develop very different programs for customers, using a variety of technologies. There isn't much micromanagement.

Cons

Some of the tech being used is old, but that's to be expected, really.

- Always feels like the company is growing - Flexible hybrid work schedule. - Employees are open/available to help. There is almost always a resource available if you or someone is stuck with a problem - Salary is relatively competitive. - Low turn-over rating. Lots of employees who have stayed for 10+ years. - Provides options to dental/health/eye insurance. - Lots of opportunities working with a variety of different companies
