Pros

I've been with the company for over 10 years and I keep expanding my expertise. There's room for growth within my department and I appreciate that my ideas are recognized and used in our marketing program. Good place to learn and grow, and management seems to really care about the well being of employees. During the almost two years of Covid, we have largely worked remotely, which everyone I've spoken to from within really appreciates.

Cons

Would love to see more vacation time for long-term employees. Overall I love working for this company and can see myself working here another 10 years.

Okay company and okay salary.

Cons

Not good work environment culture, especially in Orlando. Manager will always looks what you are doing and will always be on your back. Manager talks behind you and bad-mouths people. Manager does not know how to design software. There is no project plans. Be careful because they don't document so there is always scope creep. Benefits are only a few. 401(k) funds selection have very expensive expense ratio fee. Only 1 or 2 funds have a good expense ratio of less than 0.05% fee. Which means it's hard to diversify your retirement funds. Only the retirement admin PayFlex is earning money here with all the fees involved, and the company is not moving out of it.
