You will get knowledge about the complete product life cycle, from designing to production. You will get plenty of opportunities at work. You will learn a lot.

Cons

Employee satisfaction is little concern here. One with strong passion on learning at his early experience will never mind this, that's y this company is best for freshers.

* Open culture * Broad scope to choose your project * you'll have individual responsibilities * Excellent manager

Cons

* Next to impossible deadlines for all projects. It is fun to complete it as a challenge, but we end up making few mistakes which could have been avoided.
