Pros

Good exposure to learn basic of engineering,very good guidance from seniors. An innovative Indian Start up. Its basically a elctromechanical Product development company. its for sure the future will be bright of all the employees.

Cons

A small company,Can't expect luxury as like in Big MNC. Its decent not bad.Have to work long hours.. Lot of pressure in delivering the product. very small space for the company.

Pros

Great Place to work for. Started with collaboration with leading technology university. Turned from very small company to very big one. Now has 500 people and would recruit 100 more people in 2011. Lot of competition is there. But USP have to be built to make the product distinct and worth the money for the people to buy.

Cons

Some human planning would be better.
