      • I get to work with highly motivated, talented, and innovative people • Management is very approachable – will teach you about any aspect of the business • Complex industry. There is always more to learn. • Employees are treated like adults and trusted to manage their own time accordingly • Everyone here is very entrepreneurial and has a ton of grit

      • If you're not comfortable with uncertainty, it isn't the place for you. There is a lot in-flux when building products like this.

      Umm….there are no longer any pros

      Cons

      Zero growth, do not expect pay raises no matter what you are told. No performance reviews. Unachievable bonus structure, No support in any department. All competent employees were either let go or left.

      -Incredibly engaging work. You will not be bored -Overtime pay (lots of it with 80+ hour weeks) -Amazing teammates -Snacks

      Cons

      -Borderline cruel schedule. 7 days on, 7 days off 12 hour shifts and a rotating sleep schedule. -Management and your direct supervisors do not care about you at all. -Burn out -Overworked
