Pros

After spending several years at one of the largest brokerages in the US, Vorto, and its unique business model, are a welcomed change. This company truly cares about it's employees, and that is made obvious by how easily accessible leadership is, the many perks offered within the office (free energy drinks? SOLD) and the training you are given when you start. Hard work also does not go unnoticed, and when you accomplish something, you can feel the company benefit from it, and you are thanked properly. The office itself is awesome, and is conveniently located in denver!

Cons

For certain positions, hours can be long, and work life balance can be tough at first, but all it takes is a little time management to balance this out!
