Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your point of view. Integrating 2 offices in 2 different countries is never easy but over the last few months, we have seen great improvement.

Pros

- Various opportunities to learn and grow - over 2 years I worked 3 different roles with upward progression - You will work with some of the smartest and hardest working individuals you will ever meet. - Employees are provided top-notch equipment so they are set up for success - The people you work with (I think this was the hardest part about leaving) - There was never a boring day - Working at Vorto was a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of something HUGE that shook the industry - I am extremely grateful for the time I spent working under the leadership of the CEO, CFO, and CPO. They inspired me to hopefully one day become a successful leader, that can make a positive impact on people's lives and drive meaningful change in the world.

Cons

- Mostly in office - Little flexibility to live outside of Denver. - Burn out

Pros

The Live or Die culture is real in every aspect of my work. Work hard play harder. Managers get into the thick of things and I always know they have my back. Team work is what makes every day worth coming in and collaborating with my team.

Cons

As a start up we have a lot of meetings. Hopefully these get fewer.
