      A vision to reality like no where I have seen before

      Pros

      I have been a part of many different teams in my career but the Vorto Team is one of a very few that I have seen that strive to make Vision into Reality every single day. How this happens is the amazing people on the Vorto Team. To be a part of the most intelligent, driven and tenacious team in the industry is extremely inspiring and one that re-ignited my desire to build something amazing in the USA. I would strongly suggest anyone that has a desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves and want to be inspired as well as mentored into a contributor for anything you do in life this would be an amazing place to find it.

      Cons

      I do not make this comment as a con just reality of the Vorto mission. This is not just a job it is a culture / lifestyle to a mission and it takes a lot to achieve the victory this team desires to win at.

      Thank you for such a flattering review. We feel the same. With that said, we understand that as a fast-growing company, some positions may require more time in office than others. Vorto/5F values their employees and their responsibilities out of the office. It is our intent to continue to grow both the bottom-line AND a workplace our employees can be proud of.

      First job in my career, that I felt that change can truly be achieved. People Team Environment Helping lead change

      Cons

      This "job" requires a personal level of commitment that will at times present a challenge for those that have not bought into the lifestyle that it takes to bring true change to an industry that is in need of it.

      Challenging work that matters

      Pros

      A company comprised of high performing professionals that understand the importance of culture. You will find yourself immersed in an environment of change and challenge where one success is just a block to reach the next impossible goal. The work is very rewarding and will result in positive change to the industry. If you think it is important to believe in what you're doing & with whom you're doing it with, you will be very fulfilled, though challenged, here. Every person from the executive management to team managers inspire the best in everyone around them because they do not ask more of you than they give themselves.

      Cons

      Due to the over reaching goals of the organization there is not an abundance of spare time for coaching & feedback BUT this can be a positive if you let it be. Growth is uncomfortable & this place will challenge you to trust your own instincts. If chosen to be here it will be because your ability is trusted.
