      Pros

      Vorto has been a unique experience. This job is certainly not for everyone, but if you are internally motivated and driven to perform at your highest levels, while being given unlimited autonomy, respect, and support; this is the place for you. The Culture here is unlike anything I have experienced. I am forever changed as a human, and for the better.

      Cons

      As a tech startup, you need to be prepared for constantly shifting goals and ambiguous direction. I embrace this and thrive in this environment, but some folks may be discouraged.

      Pros

      When I say working at Vorto has been one of the best "jobs" I have ever had I mean that 100%. It is way more that an job, it's a culture and a family. This is the most high performing team I have ever been a part of and we literally change the world everyday. We have grown and prospered at a rate unheard of in any industry, not just a supply chain tech company. It's not easy and the commitment is a culture more than a job but I don't know if I could ever go back to a normal "job". You will never be asked to work longer or harder than the person next to you, and shared experience makes this one of the best teams in the world! You will push yourself beyond what you ever thought possible because others on the team are pushing just as hard.

      Cons

      I have read some of the negative reviews here and a number of them point out that a lot is expected of you here... that's 100% true. This company takes stretch goals to the extreme but you don't change the world as fast as we have by doing the same thing everyone else does. This company epitomizes, the phase "the only easy day was yesterday". It will push you to your limits and then ask for more... that's not for everybody, in fact it's not for most people, but if you are a 1%er who knows that you work smarter and harder than 99% of the people you have ever worked with, you will find yourself amongst equals here. If this con scares you and makes you second guess wanting to work here it probably not for you, but if you read this and see if as a challenge we will welcome you with open arms.

      Thank for your honest review. I could not have said it better myself. We are building something special here, and sometimes it requires our employees to step out of their comfort zone to get the job done. It can be rewarding , if you are willing to give it your best.

      Not just a job, but a Lifestyle

      First job in my career, that I felt that change can truly be achieved. People Team Environment Helping lead change

      Cons

      This "job" requires a personal level of commitment that will at times present a challenge for those that have not bought into the lifestyle that it takes to bring true change to an industry that is in need of it.
