      Willing to cross train and invest in their employees. Will do what they can to keep everyone on all year.

      Cons

      Big company find to include all major decisions are made at corporate level without input from local leadership. Sometimes picking up the slack as the younger employees.

      Great insurance and benefits program. They have a diversified structure so there is something for everyone. Steady and dependable job

      Cons

      Not much chance for advancement unless you are in good with management. Annual pay raises last 20 years are 2 1/2% across the board. Hours and number of days a week could change anytime. You are expected to work it with little or no notice
