Pros

Some managers lead by example and encourage their employees to grow, some managers may not be leaders, but do a great job at being fair and equitable to all they manage.

Cons

Some management is only focused on their own advancement. use whatever means to move forward, including stepping on their own people and holding them back. Women are limited in their advancement unless you are in the "minority" group, so they have their token diversity.

Pros

Vulcan Materials Company is bar none a world class sales organization. VMC treats every employee with respect and treats them like family. Everyone is giving the same opportunity to grown regardless of where you enter the company.

Cons

My only con thus far would be the office building in which we operate from. It is slightly dated and could use major renovations.
