      Very cut throat. You are only as good as your last sell. They fired at least 3 people a month while I worked there.

      I’m pleased with the quality of benefits here. Vyrian is good for insurance. Coverage is with Aetna and the company covers vision and dental premiums 100%. Also good parental leave benefits. Insurance is good and pay is top tier.
