      Pros

      Great atmosphere and good coworkers. Possibility to earn very good money. Good for those who live for sales and are good on the phone with customers. Family-oriented.

      Cons

      Sometimes deals do not close due to things beyond your control.

      Pros

      Strong company that is at the beginning of it's lifespan. Great opportunity for self-starters who want to get on the ground of a new enterprise and enjoy a little adventure. Good fit for those who are willing to work hard for great rewards. Perfect for people who like horizontal organizations without layers of managers. Industry itself is solid with lots of opportunity. Coworkers are good and down to earth people. People really do care for each other here. Very family focused. - 2 weeks of PTO that accrues from first day. Easy to take off time, no issues. - Insurance covered for employees. - Fast paced environment. - Work-life balance is right. - It's a younger company so there is a chance to move up quickly if you are a standout player.

      Cons

      If you need your hand to be held and lots of training in sales, you will not make it here. Better for seasoned salespeople. Not alot of handholding here. If you don't catch up to speed quickly, you won't make it. Their insurance can be expensive if you add dependents. Bissonnet can be a distraction.

      This start-up company has advanced in many different arena's of business. Unfortunately, with such exponential growth employee development suffers or is more or less non-existent. Their is no real value invested in the employee.
