      - Good base and potential to have great commissions - Good relations with co-workers and management - Lots of room to grow as a company - Good schedule

      Cons

      - Not really a con, but you have to be willing to move as fast as the company. Changes happen quick to progress the growth of the company.

      -The work vibe is awesome. Very free and employee friendly environment as long as you get your job done. -Work attire is casual (be yourself) -Management, and Company Execs are very understanding and genuine people. -Commission is where you make your money and it is uncapped!
