Pros

Good team members. Work life balance and unlimited PTO

Cons

The executive leadership. Vytalize is very top heavy and they don’t have enough people doing the ground work. And when leaders fail, they blame staff. The COO has no idea what she is doing and uses meeting times to gossip, complain, and push things off. There are some good leaders but the weak ones hurt the organization and bring the business down.

Flexible work life balance and great people

Pros

This is a progressive company that has positioned themselves well in the market. Fast growing with incredibly smart people--easily one of the best decisions I've made in recent years.

Cons

Vytalize is slightly top heavy in certain departments however, there is opportunity for professional development and growth. Still too early to pinpoint any major cons but appreciate the team-based approach and accessibility of leadership.
