Everyone is very nice here and they have meetings, etc. to keep employees up to date and get to know one another. I enjoy the benefits as well, such as the health and wellness and office stipends.

Cons

I'm looking forward to a new program we are waiting on that will help make our jobs much more streamlined and efficient.

Cons

The vision was lost somewhere along the way. Greed has definitely won out here, leadership had no idea what they are doing or how to do it. Way too much hiring only to lay off so many people.
