Great for Remote Workers Who Enjoy Working

Pros

Company has a good mission and definitely gives you the tools to do and enjoy your work. IT dept is very nice and responsive to your needs as a remote worker. Seems HR and managers do a great job of choosing people who are really nice and enjoy their work. Monthly company meetings are very motivating and informative. There are very good personal and financial benefits. After over 20 years working and 14 years in the Revenue Cycle Management field, this is the best working and team environment I've been in. Very happy to be part of this growing company.

Cons

Some have complained that their provided laptops are not as responsive as expected, but one can eventually get a new computer when needed. If you are someone that absolutely needs to be around people, then this remote company model is not for you.

Great place to Work

Pros

I've been with Vytalize Health for 3 months now and so far, it's been great! They do care for the wellbeing of their employees and the benefits are great.

Cons

Since they took over the credentialing department, upper management is trying to put everything in place so a lot more tasks have been added to us on top of current responsibilities.
