Pros

Vytalize seems to value their employees and the work that they do. Remote work which allows flexibility in my day-to-day life and a better work-life balance. As a start-up, Vytalize knows what it does well, builds on it, and isn't trying to reinvent itself or find a new path to success.

Cons

There are many opportunities for cross-functional work. Vytalize is a remote company with employees across the country. There can be scheduling difficulties from this and there are opportunities for more in-person team-building.

Value their employees and show it with compensation and bonuses Director listens to ideas and feedback Autonomy to get your work done-No micromanaging Remote with as much face to face as you want or need Coworkers that work and value their job as much as you Top leaders/directors are very transparent in good and bad news

Cons

The company is big but because it's remote you may not know others that work there since we are remote. (But that could be an in person problem too.) Sometimes it's hard to know who to talk to about something outside of your team.
