You can always reach out to different staff/departments. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help! The work life balance and healthy work boundaries are also really refreshing. Management does not micromanage - they provide the tools, resources, and their time to help you succeed.

Cons

Lots of moving parts and things change frequently; however, it's exciting and part of the business.

It has key differentiators from others in the VBC enablement space that will help it emerge to lead the pack. Leaders are humble and committed to creating a world class organization driven by a strong strategic vision

Company is transitioning from startup to a more mature phase, so important for every employee to understand what needs to evolve, in the correct sequence, and to actively step in to make that happen
