Pros
For someone who’s been here a while, I can honestly say things are improving. We went through a rough patch, but lately it feels like there’s real progress. Middle leadership seems to be listening and steering things in the right direction. There’s more structure around processes now, and the overall attitude toward people has shifted - it feels like the company actually wants to keep and values good talent instead of just burning them out. Coworkers are still the best part of this place - people are collaborative, open, and genuinely care about doing great work.
Cons
Business requirements are pretty loose and tend to change often, which makes planning and execution tricky. The pace is fast, and some teams are still a very understaffed for the amount of work coming in. It’s an amazing environment to learn and grow (I’ve learned a ton here), but it can be tough to catch your breath sometimes.
