The company is big but because it's remote you may not know others that work there since we are remote. (But that could be an in person problem too.) Sometimes it's hard to know who to talk to about something outside of your team.

No structure!!! Priorities constantly shift and everything is treated like an emergency!!! No true work-life balance; you're expected to be constantly available. My team often relied on me to complete their tasks while getting paid more, there was no fairness or recognition. There's no coverage when you're out for my role, if you don’t do the work, it doesn’t get done. They never informed me of this. Leadership lacks transparency, and accountability is uneven across teams. High stress, low support, and little investment in long-term growth or planning.
