Very good people who have given their time and Life to a company that will never appreciate them.

Cons

Leadership team that is manic Ever changing vision... No one knows what they are doing or why. Unhappy customers Unhealthy work expectations. If your not working then you are a slacker.. 45 hours a week at a minimum

Great co-workers (non-executives) Possibility of "great-ness" if they changed they way they ran things

Cons

Executives (mostly all Perrill's) are in it for themselves and don't seem to care for their employee's or value their input. Benefits are the worst out there by any company, they may as well not even offer them that's how bad they are. Their "big picture" mentality is always going to keep them from succeeding, exec's seem to expect to much and promise what they cannot deliver. "Key" management in certain area's are clueless as to what needs to be done or how to create successful processes.

Great software! Great Reporting! Great People there - they just dont seem to stick around long

Cons

High turnover, systems getting a little pricey, help desk not what it used to be - you can definately tell a change in the help desk over the years. Will say it has gotten better in the past year. Was pretty unresponsive a couple years ago
