A positive change in culture!!

Pros

There have been many positive changes over the last six months - 1. New Leadership Team 2. Jeans day EVERY Friday 3. Employee Development and Training 4. Professional Certification reimbursement 5. Objective vs subjective employee measurements 6. NO time clock for exempt employees 7. New break policy 8. Advancement oppurtunities It's so good to see positive attitudes and happy employees. The culture of WAND has really begun to change!

Cons

The building certainly has it's concerns inculding proper ventalation and leaky ceilings. A new buliding would be nice. More parking would be nice!

Pros

Started here in 2007 and have always enjoyed my job. I have had the pleasure to work in several different departments over the years and am constantly expanding my knowledge in different areas of the business. Recent changes in the direction of our software development is very encouraging and exciting to see as well as some of the management changes that have made this a fun place to work. As with any job, there are challenges that arise, and they may require some extra effort from time to time, but I can honestly say that the effort is appreciated and recognized.

Cons

Parking situation is a little frustrating, not enough spots to go around.

Pros

There were several friendly people that I meant and shared similar struggles with regarding Wand and its issues and there were good resume' buildign opportunities.

Cons

Very low pay and you can never work enough hours to please the Perrills. A dirty building with inadequate ventilation in the "gymnasium" where the cube farm is located....seriously the place smells. Wand upholds a strict revolving door policy and they do not care about their employees at all. Do not plan on being rewarded for any successes -expect longer hours instead.
