Pros

Great culture, opportunity for career advancement if you seize the opportunity, relaxed environment, everyone has a voice. Fun place to go to work every day.

Cons

No denying it, the company has gone through a cultural transformation (for the better) over the last handful of years which I believe many of the review on Glassdoor reflect. Now that we're beginning to be on the other side of that transformation, it's fun to see the benefits.

Pros

You get to work with big brands and advertising agencies.

Cons

1) There are very few processes in place. Instead of being proactive, things are reactive. 2) There is no support, but you are expected to execute your job flawlessly. 3) Work-life balance is lacking. 4) Benefits aren't particularly great. 5) Pay is extremely low for the workload and expectations compared to similar jobs in the industry. 6) Management shows no integrity.
