People leaving positive reviews are either brand new to the company, or the exec team themselves. no one i know who is a current or former employee would write a positive review
Executive team preaches about an open and honest environment, except they are neither open nor honest and attempting to be open and honest with them puts a bullseye on your back.
They expect all employees to operate with a positive attitude 100% of the time, even when employees have valid reasons to be frustrated, confused or upset - they don't want to hear it, they will do everything they can to ignore the negative things happening within the company.
There is little accountability, the executive team is always looking for someone else to blame. They have never stood up and taken accountability for their actions. The new president Tim, has been caught in lies repeatedly - always saying whatever makes him look good. He is a master at gas-lighting and manipulation.
Most employees are underpaid, undervalued, and under appreciated (and often overworked). Don't even think about getting acknowledged for your achievements - the executive team will just take credit for them or ignore them all together.
This is not a workplace for anyone who isn't a straight white male. On repeated occasions opinions/ideas of female employees were completely ignored until their opinions/ideas were repeated verbatim by a male colleague.
The goals/expectations set forth by the executive team are completely unrealistic, but they don't care. They're just trying to get the company back in the black so they can sell it and GTFO.
If you don't care about career growth, are okay with being underpaid, have no desire to ever work/fight for what you deserve, and never ever disagree with authority figures no matter what - this is the place for you - otherwise…not worth it.
